Payment of Goods

Payment can be made by Debit card, PayPal, cheque or Bank transfer. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Full payment must be received by us before your order can be processed.
Any institution placing an order needs to forward a Purchase Order to us, we will then process your order and forward an Invoice to you.


All prices are displayed on our website with and without VAT. These prices do not include shipping costs, these will be calculated at checkout or you can contact us for a price.
Special Offers will be shown on our website and if you have registered with us you will be notified by email. They last for a limited time and are constantly changing.


Delivery is by courier or Royal Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or can be requested from us by phone or email.
Orders to be made are usually completed and delivered within three weeks excluding bank holidays and depending on how busy we are at the time of your order being placed. During busy times such as sales periods delivery times will be extended. If we have the blocks in stock they will be dispatched the next working day.


If blocks are faulty or damaged we offer a full refund if returned unused within seven days. Shipping costs will also be refunded.
If you have ordered a custom made block and we have already begun work then partial payment will be required on work done so far.


If the customer has requested us to make a block to their own hat design it is their responsibility to inform us if they want their design to remain exclusive. We fully respect any such request.
Any hat block we design for a customer that we design remains our property and can be used again by us unless an agreement is made between the customer and ourselves.
