Our designs must not be passed on to competitors. Copyright to any of the designs stays property of James Cox. The customer’s designs stay property of the customer. However the customer maybe asked if we could keep the design for future use by us. If the design is not the customers, permission from the designer is required. 

 All prices must be confirmed before placing an order as we reserve the right to alter the prices without notice. 

 If the customer is not satisfied with the product it will be replaced at no extra cost to delivery.
