This newly formed Hat Block Company has a combined 15 years experience in the trade. With millinery experience as well, we at Hat Blocks Direct believe we can offer you quality hand crafted blocks at competitive prices.

Offset crowns are available on all blocks, and string grooves available to any down turned block, for a small fee.   

 
  Our blocks are made from West African obeche wood. This is frequently used in the millinery trade due to the fact it is a softer type of hardwood, which makes blocking with pins so much easier.
